The 3 NATIONAL PARKS:

De Loonse & Drunense Duinen
This National Park contains the largest area of active shifting sands in western Europe. Here, in the dunes of Loon and Drunen, the shifting sands result in an ever-changing landscape.

De Zoom - Kalmthoutse Heide Border park De Zoom - Kalmthoutse Heide is a cross-border nature reserve with many pools, heathland, inland dunes and vast forests. The whole area measures 3750 ha (9375 acres) and is home to some real ecological treasures.

National Park De Biesbosch The Biesbosch National Park is a green maze of several rivers, islands and a vast network of narrow and wide creeks. The area is one of the largest, valuable natural areas in the Netherlands. Whats more, it is one of the few remaining fresh-water tidal areas in Europe.

Wings of Liberation

The liberation of the South of the Netherlands during World War II is the central issue in the Wings of Liberation Museum Park. Documents, photographs, audio-visuals, memorabilia etc., illustrate the backgrounds and causes which led to the outbreak of the war.

How far are you allowed to go when the issue concerns keeping and, if need be, winning back freedom?
